The Oak Bay Neighbourhood Network (OBNN) brings together neighbourhood groups across Oak Bay to share ideas, collaborate on local issues, and build a more connected, engaged community. As a non-partisan umbrella organization, OBNN works with the Community Association of Oak Bay and member groups to amplify neighbourhood voices on key topics like housing, transportation, climate action, livability, and the environment.
